keys to happy life. Key #1 (You are not your mind) is the foundation of this
article. Key #2 to #6 are the foundation for key #1.

1.
You are not your mind (You are a living being)
Mind: Is the data bank(memories)
for generating thoughts. Before you born you were not having negative thoughts.
After you born the nature started feeding your mind with negative thoughts such
as selfish, fear, doubt, hate, anxiety, stress, etc. [For religious people the
nature that feeding negative thoughts is 'devil']
Thoughts:
Are
past events get stored as memories for future projections and interpretations
on the present life situation.
Why
mind generate thoughts? : Have you ever ask why heart beating?. Mind made to
generate thoughts, that is all I can say.
Parts of mind
Conscious mind has the ability to think (for logic and
reasoning). If I asked you about the sum of one plus one it's your conscious
mind that is going to be used to make that addition. So whenever you are aware
of the thing you're doing you can be confident that you are doing it by your
conscious mind.
Subconscious mind responsible for all of your
involuntary actions. Your breathing rate and heart beats are controlled by your
subconscious mind.
If
you started to control your breath on intention then know that your conscious
mind took charge while if you were breathing without being conscious of the
breathing process then know that your subconscious mind is in charge.
Your
emotions are also controlled
by your subconscious mind. That's why you sometimes might feel afraid, anxious
or down
without wanting to experience such a feeling.
Your
subconscious mind is also the place where your beliefs and memories are stored.
That's why affirmations (refers primarily to the practice of positive thinking
and self-empowerment) make no sense and can never improve your beliefs.
Affirmations are done on a conscious level and are always filtered by the
subconscious mind because they usually don't match your belief system.
Nature
and past memories create our mind. Our past some time feed our mind with negative
thoughts of fear, doubt, hate, condemning, anxiety, stress, lack, resentment,
guilt, etc.
Can
you stop negative thoughts? Answer is No
because they are stored in subconscious mind.
The
secret to stop negative thoughts is to detach from the mind because you are not
your mind, you are a living being. Never try to stop mind to generate thoughts whether
negative or positive because mind is mind and you is you. Just let mind to
generate what it like and for those thoughts which are bad don't involve with
them. All thoughts that you don't give them interest they die natural death
because they are unusable.
All
your attempts at suppressing and stopping thoughts will fail because you will
be using the mind to stop the mind. The police man and thief are both the mind,
so how can the police man catch the thief?
Trying
to stop negative thought more strong they become because you are giving them
interest by trying to stop them. You are not you are mind why you are trying to
stop mind to do its activities?. May be you want to stop because sometime
generating negative thought! But that is none of your bossiness because you
have nothing to do with your mind 'YOU IS YOU - MIND IS MIND' only give
interest to positive thought and for negative one remain silent and just watch
the mind and never try to intervene what mind is doing.
The
negative thoughts dies their own death by the poison of disassociation. The
mind is like a machine/radio station in your head that generates thoughts based
on your attention/interest.
You can never control
your mind - but you can deny interest to thoughts generated by mind & stop giving
interest to negative thoughts then mind stop itself to generate negative
thoughts because you don't use them. Even body take out unusable nutrients
without your control.
Note: You have to understand:
Any thought generated by mind whether negative or positive is right for mind to
do that and don't be bothered with it BUT you just pick positive one. And never
think why negative thought generated or feel guilt or feel unhappy because
there is no any relation between you and negative though. Mind is free to do
its job so you have no reason to judge it or bored by it. How can you be bored
by something that is not your part and it can never be your part?
*Why
I am unhappy because of negative thought?: Because you think you are your mind leads
you to get bored by what mind do.
Fact: Why you are not your mind?
If you are your mind , how can you generated negative thoughts of fear, doubt,
hate, condemning, anxiety, stress, lack, resentment, guilt, etc. that
continuous torture and make your life miserable and unhappy all the time? YOU
ARE NOT YOUR MIND. Negative mind started generated since day one you born &
remember before you grown up you never think stopping negative thoughts like
childish selfish, childish and adolescence negative thought died themselves
without your effort or thinking to stop them. They go way because you changed stage in
growth and interest to past stage lost and hence all thought of past died.

Demand your
rights in proper channel (wisely)
Never
gossip, victimise, talk about others mistakes without proper reason, complaining
without finding solution, try to degrade others, convincing to be considered
innocent, etc.
If
you do that: you are opening the door to negative thoughts.
In
case you disappointed by co-worker/family member/your boss/friend, etc. you
should wisely decide steps to take and may be either of the following:

Forgive
and forget or
·
Talk
with the person personally and express your feelings or
·
Tell
a wise person of your choice to mediate the matter or
·
In
case related to office, report to management or
·
In
case related to religion, report to leaders or
·
In
case related family, report to elders or
·
Take
the matter to the court or police
Note 1: Never hate others for
what they do - wrong doing people are slaves of their negative mind.
Note 2: Taking action is very
important depending the happened matter - A robber should be arrest and taken
to prison to avoid robbing others OR mistreating boss should be reported to
management to avoid employees demoralisation that may lead company to loss.
Note 3: Don't count minor issues
you should learn to forgive. You also have several weakness and you need
forgiveness too.
Note 4: Don't speak weakness of
others only for information - that is gossiping. You should speak for aim of
looking solution.
Note 5: Taking action should be
for solving problem or getting your right - never take action for paying back.
3.
Lean how to
positively disagree - avoid habit of condemning or criticising others
When
you disagree with idea or plan, openly express you disagree and with reasons
when necessary. If you criticised don't criticise too as a pay back. If you
convinced to agree and you understand the matter and see the reason to agree,
please agree and accept to acknowledge you were wrong, that is how gentle man
should be. You don't see the reason to agree continue to positively disagree to
final. Respect the decisions and thoughts of others regardless you disagree.
Suppose you were choosing a leader and the person you wanted to be a leader
didn't chosen by majority, you must respect the selected one and cooperate with
him/her 100% because is the leader and that is democracy.
Condemning
and criticising should come at right time to right matters. eg. breaking
constitution or human rights. BUT if you don't agree some ideas in management
meeting and you start condemning and criticising means you don't know to
disagree positively.
Note:
You should lean to listen others even if you don't agree with their ideas.
4.
Do everything
to fulfil purpose (Not for being appreciated, proud or recognised)
Never
do anything for looking appreciation, proud, recognised or profit. By avoiding
that you will fulfil you purpose
properly. eg. When you raise a baby you don't think of pay cheque or
appreciation, you do because you should serve purpose and most of us we do it
in a very high standard. So why in your job and other activities you need to be
seen and appreciated or recognised. Remember you come empty handled and you
will leave empty handled. The great appreciation to you is being a human being
only.
If
others supported you to fulfil your purpose you should acknowledge and give
their effort credits.
Note 1: Life, happiness, Love
and Joy can never be found in anything you have in material form or any status
you have, they hide in 'WISDOM'.
Note 2: For fulfilling your
purpose you will be appreciated by the power of universal [For religious people
power of universe is God]
Note 3: When you do anything
never look for approval, nobody can ever approve you, and you shouldn't ever
accept to be approved by human being like you. Nobody can be better than you
and you are not better than other - all we are human being.
Note 4: Always become a hard
worker to develop the world to be a better place to live. See Ants work day and
night without thinking paycheque, appreciation or recognition.
5.
Express
unconditional love to every body
Lean
to love others, encourage them, support them with all your effort and capacity.
Express true love to them and will make loving yourself elevated. Hate is
negative thought, never ever accept it. You should love those hate you as well.
Remember
to feel sorry for those who are suffering from Negative thoughts and never use
their condition feel as you are special than them. Do whatever possible to help
them get out of Negative thoughts. Love is first medicine to them.
Never
count disappointments done by others against you, forgive them and love them
always. Even if they hate you - Love them.
Who
is a great person?: Is the one who love and serve others.

your religion):
